Right of withdrawal

Note on the right of withdrawal for limited editions and pre-orders

Please note:
Our limited editions are financed and produced exclusively via a pre-order principle. This means that each watch is produced individually for you, based on your binding pre-order. The payment made for this goes directly into production.

Therefore:

  • You can only revoke or cancel your order within 14 days of completing your order (online or by e-mail).

  • After these 14 days or after the end of the respective pre-order phase , a revocation or refund is excluded.

  • A refund after this period is not possible, as the production is made specifically for your order.


This is how the revocation works within the 14 days:

  • The revocation must be sent in writing by e-mail to support@coblor.com be declared.

  • The date of dispatch of your declaration of revocation is decisive - no justification is required.

  • Upon receipt of your revocation, the purchase contract is converted into a reverse transaction: all services received must be returned in full and undamaged.

Please note:

  • For orders during the pre-order phase: Cancellation is only possible within 14 days of your order. After this period or after the end of the pre-order period, cancellation or refund is excluded, as your payment will go directly into the production of your customized watch.

  • For orders placed after the pre-order phase (regular stock sale): If you purchase a watch that is available after the end of the pre-order phase, the 14-day right of withdrawal also applies. In this case, the watch must be returned to COBLOR in its original packaging, with an undamaged protective sticker on the glass and all accessories (bracelet, box, certificate, etc.) and without any signs of use within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal.

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment. Please use a shipment with shipment tracking and insurance. Without this, COBLOR will not accept any liability.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price immediately, less any depreciation and shipping costs. The processing time can take up to 10 working days.

Why is this important?
Our concept is based on pre-orders to avoid overproduction and to produce exclusive limited edition models of the highest quality. Each watch is made individually for our customers - therefore a later withdrawal is not possible.

Warranty & Liability

COBLOR warrants that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship, are in the condition described and will perform as warranted.

We offer you a 2-year warranty on manufacturing and hidden defects from the date of delivery. Obvious defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, hidden defects immediately after discovery by e-mail to support@coblor.com.

Excluded from the guarantee are

  1. The battery after 1 year of use from the date of purchase
  2. Normal signs of wear (e.g. discoloration of the strap, scratches on the glass, case or strap)
  3. Damage due to improper use or attempted repairs by unauthorized parties

In the event of a recognized defect, COBLOR shall decide at its own discretion whether to repair, replace or refund the product. The defective product will be returned at the customer's expense. COBLOR shall bear all further costs in the event of a warranty claim (excluding shipping to the company).

The return shipment must be made in its original condition and packaging to an address specified by COBLOR.
Please use shipment tracking and shipping insurance - COBLOR assumes no liability for loss without these measures.

Note:
bracelets and accessories are not included in the warranty.
