COBLOR® watches are manufactured in close cooperation with the renowned Concepto Watch Factory SA in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. This exclusive partnership ensures that each watch is built with the highest precision and craftsmanship. In the event of repair or maintenance, our watches are worked on directly by the experts at Concepto Manufaktur to ensure optimum function and longevity.

Our watches are mechanical masterpieces that require regular maintenance to maximize their performance. It is also possible to have our models worked on by experienced jewelers. Customers can contact their jeweler directly for such inquiries.

During the warranty period, COBLOR® will cover the shipping costs for repairs and maintenance work. Customers also have the option of taking out shipping insurance on request, whereby the costs of the insurance are borne by the customer. Repairs are free of charge within the warranty period.
